STAGE
ONE:

After you've submitted your complaint we'll come back to you if
necessary asking for more information, clarification on a point,
or suggesting evidence that might help your case.

We identify to whom we should best address your complaint letter.
·
We write a first draft of the letter of complaint based on what
you have told us.
·
We send you a copy of the first draft on ComplainDomain headed
paper and a form where you give your authority for us to act on
your behalf.
STAGE
TWO:
·
You review the letter and add your signature. If you want changes
made you give us a call and we then send you on a revised letter.
·
You send the letter on to the company in question along with any
relevant evidence and send your signed authorization form back
to us.
STAGE
THREE:
·
We give the company a week to come back with a satisfactory response
and then liase with you and them as necessary to get a resolution.
·
If necessary, we will escalate the issue within the company in
ways that have worked in the past for other clients of ours.
