"Just
thought I would let you know the latest on my complaint
against Dell. I have
now received the 3 things I requested in my letter, i.e. a replacement computer,
an upgrade of same to compensate for the trouble and stress I was caused and finally
(just yesterday) a letter of apology for the manner in which I was treated by
Dell. I have also had ComplainDomain's fee refunded. I
am grateful to ComplainDomain for handling this complaint for me.
