| Guess what?...... A result! I received a letter from British Airways on Saturday (dated 30th October) offering to refund our return flight tickets. I phoned them today and they have confirmed that they are going to pay back via our credit card. So many thanks, it would appear that they do listen sometimes. Sincerely, -
