Bathroom installation from MFI & late completion of work:

We went into the Edinburgh branch that had initially taken my order 7 times, called 5 or 6 times, wrote once, emailed twice, and have been totally ignored. They told us it would take 4 - 5 days to complete work on our bathroom. Instead, it took 10.5 weeks to complete. The flat was unoccupiable during this period, and the work was shoddy with ridiculously poor finishing, gaps between tiling and bath/floor and bath, shower screen missing handles, bath plug not watertight, double towel rail incapable of holding more than a couple of face cloths, etc.

Without your persistance, I'm sure the MFI branch in Edinburgh would not have been held accountable for their poor workmanship and way they treated us."
